Osteria Marzia is a vibrant celebration of the ocean’s bounty, taking its cues from the diverse cuisine of Italy’s scenic seaside regions. Journey from Campania through Amalfi to Puglia and Southern Sicily as you dive deep into our menu brimming with treasures of the sea. From citrus-laced crudos and handmade pastas imbued with maritime flavours to whole fish prepared with techniques passed through generations.

Seasonal and locally sourced seafood forms the foundation of a light, bright contemporary menu inspired by sunny holidays spent in coastal Italy. At the heart of our lofty, maritime-themed dining room is our raw seafood counter displaying the fresh catch of the day, complemented by an enviable cellar composed primarily of Southern Italian wines—the first of its kind in Hong Kong.

Hailing from Varese, near Milan, Chef Luca Marinelli brings his extensive knowledge and respect for the traditions of Italian cuisine to the table.

His work pays tribute to the sacred rite of seasonal eating that defines his Italian culture.

Showcasing a deep understanding of flavour and the seasonality of Italy’s scenic seaside region, Chef Luca presents seasonally focused dishes that showcase his proud Italian heritage, finessed cooking style and love of immaculate seafood.

WINTER Seasonal Creations

As we welcome a new year, Chef Luca introduces a delightful trio of seasonal dishes: sliced cuttlefish ribbons, crowned with delicate shavings of bottarga; grilled Sawara at its wintertime prime, renowned for its rich fat content and tender and flaky texture; and a simple yet sublime dish of homemade chitarra, gently sautéed with shredded Spanner crab meat.
